We had our new Waxy Wizard MAG cartridges laying on our table at the St. Paul Ice fishing Expo and a few inquisitive customers asked us about them.  Then, we first offered them for sale at the recent Oshkosh show in Mid December.  

What is it?

We have been sitting on this  idea for a while...came up with it 3 or 4 months after the original Waxy Wizard concept.  It is basically a linear version of the Waxy Wizard Cartridge.  Instead of being round, it is in a straight line.  There are two sliding covers that open half way both directions, exposing a total of 24 cells that have the integrated hook slot.  Some people might prefer the linear shape in the pocket or on a lanyard. 

Why call it the MAG?  

We'll, think of it like a magazine for bait. Instead of loading bullets you can load waxworms, spikes, or other similarly sized bait. You get the same speed, cleanliness, and convenience as with the standard Waxy Wizard cartridge, and you don't need to deal with the removable outer housing since the covers are integrated with the cartridge.

We will have a speed loader in the future, but currently the Waxy Wizard Mag Cartridges will need to be manually loaded.
