Strange weather for Christmas in Ottertail County, MN!  Rain, rain, and more rain! My father-in-law remembered it raining on Christmas eve in 1959 when he was 14 years old. He remembers because he said the water was running down holes and he caught a memorable 10 lb walleye that Christmas eve.  Too bad the ice never really had a chance to thicken as of yet this year.   A little too sketchy for me to do too much adventuring.  This seems like southern Indiana weather.  We lived down there in the early 90's and when we came back for Christmas we could count on it being cold and frozen up here.  

Hmmm.. My uncle's heavily aged 59 Chevy Bel Air that is sitting in my shed must have been quite shiny back in 1959. That was 64 years ago. My hope is that once we get some more gadgets out we may be able to finally get around to breathing new life back into that machine!  That will have to be for a Christmas sometime down the road.  

In the meantime, we work on getting some more new gadgets out on our website.
